• Canada: 8-14 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10-16 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We offer:

• Free shipping on orders over 80€ in Portugal
• Standard shipping rates apply for orders below these thresholds

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our shipping partner's website.

Customs & Duties

For international orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
